Privacy Policy

The short version: the numbers you type into the planner stay in your own browser. They are used only to calculate your projection on your device and are never sent to us or stored on a server. The only information you ever share with us is what you choose to type into the feedback box.

What we collect

Planner inputs (age, savings, income, expenses, rates): processed entirely in your browser to produce your result. They are not transmitted, saved, or logged anywhere by us.
Feedback you send: if you use the feedback box, the email address and message you enter are submitted so we can read and reply. Nothing else is attached.
Basic technical data: like any website, our host records standard server information (such as approximate region and browser type) for security and reliability.
Analytics data: we use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic — for example how many people visit, which pages they view, their approximate location and device. This is aggregate, behavioural data and is not linked to the numbers you enter into the planner.

Third‑party services

We rely on a few external services to run the site:

Netlify hosts the website and may keep standard access logs.
FormSubmit delivers feedback‑box messages to our email. Your message and the email address you provide pass through their service for that purpose.
Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the page, which may involve a request to Google's servers.
Google Analytics (GA4) measures site traffic. It may set cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. You can opt out across sites using Google's Analytics Opt‑out Browser Add‑on.

If advertising is added in future, this policy will be updated to describe what those services collect and how to opt out.

Cookies

The planner itself does not set tracking cookies or store your inputs between visits. Google Analytics may set its own cookies to measure traffic, and the other third‑party services above may set cookies as part of delivering their service. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt‑out linked above.

Your choices

Because we do not store your planner inputs or build a profile of you, there is nothing on our side to access or delete. If you have sent feedback and would like your message removed from our email, let us know through the feedback box on our pages and we will delete it.

Children

This site is intended for adults planning their finances and is not directed at children.
